Trauma is a psychological damage that is usually caused by a shocking experience. Trauma can be classified into two emotional and psychological traumas. Trauma is caused when the brain works under intense anxiety and threat, this is because it basically captures everything that goes on when a person is undergoing severe anxiety and threats. This usually leads to the sensory perception being stored in memory a different way than the normal circumstance. These perceptions are what later trigger this condition referred to as trauma.

Trauma symptoms can be divided into two the severe and the less severe symptoms. A person undergoing the severe trauma is usually speechless a condition referred to as catatonic, experiences memory loss from time and again and operates as if his mind is being controlled. The less severe trauma symptoms are lack of sleep, experiencing panic attacks, bad dreams and nightmares, making limiting life choices like never dating again, losing purpose in life and being easily offended just but to mention a few.

Human Rights Education Resources

Human rights are normally understood as fundamental rights on which a person will inherently entitled because he or she’s a human being. Human rights are basically conceived as applicable at simply anywhere and also egalitarian to everyone. These rights are actually natural rights or legal rights, but both international and national law. The doctrine of the human rights for international practice, within the international law, regional and global institutions, inside of the policies of other states and in activities of the non-governmental organizations, have actually been a cornerstone for the public policy in the world. Inside the human rights idea it says: “if the discourse of peacetime society can say that they have a common language that’s moral, it’s that of the human rights.”

Regardless of this, the very strong claims that were made by human rights doctrine continued to provoke debates and skepticism about the justification, nature and content of the human rights until this day.
