- Trauma symptoms can be divided into two the severe and the less severe symptoms. A person undergoing the severe trauma is usually speechless a condition referred to as catatonic, experiences memory loss from time and again and operates as if his mind is being controlled. The less severe trauma symptoms are lack of sleep, experiencing panic attacks, bad dreams and nightmares, making limiting life choices like never dating again, losing purpose in life and being easily offended just but to mention a few.
